Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services beyond our control.

At the moment, we are shipping within the UK only.
If you’re based overseas and would like to enquire about an order, please feel free to email us at hello@preciousgiftbooks.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We take great care in packing every order and hope your book arrives safely and beautifully.

If there is a problem with your order — for example, if it arrives damaged or faulty — please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@preciousgiftbooks.com, including your order number and photos if applicable.

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Because books are delicate and carefully packed, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

As a small, independent business, we kindly ask that return postage is arranged and covered by the customer where a return is approved.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Note From Us

We are a small, two-woman business, and every order is packed and sent with care by the author and illustrator themselves.

Because of this, orders are currently dispatched twice a week — on Mondays and Thursdays.

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
